Training and Development Department is committed to the development of each employee through training programs. We believe that continuous learning is essential to enhance individual and the organizational efficiency.
The management has placed a strong emphasis on training and implementation of new managerial systems. These initiatives include several important programs.
The Training Center , established in 2001, helps the company conduct these and other activities as follows:
- Induction of training for new employees.
- Training and seminars in ISO, management, Safety & Occupational Health etc.are conducted for neighboring companies.
- Joint meetings are organized with neighboring companies on environment protection & anti-pollution initiatives.
- Training courses are prepared by our professional instructors and from international companies on the basis of identified training needs of all individuals.
